Heritage Circuit India — Full Guest Terms, Liability & Service Policy
To ensure smooth entry into all temples and sacred sites, guests must dress modestly:
Kurtas, salwar kameez, sarees, trousers, or traditional Indian stoles (Dupattas / Scarves).
You will be required to remove shoes before entering temple premises. Slip-on footwear recommended.
Dressing appropriately shows respect for the local community’s faith. Your Heritage Scholar will guide on specific requirements at each site.
We provide curated itinerary planning, ground transport coordination, on-trip guidance, and local recommendations. We do not own or operate hotels or restaurants unless explicitly stated.
Suggestions are recommendations only. Guests choose freely. Dissatisfaction with recommended hotels or restaurants is not grounds for a refund from the Organizer.
Guests must disclose medical conditions at booking. Failure to do so releases the Organizer from liability. All medical costs are borne by the guest.
All vehicles are commercially registered and insured. Delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions are beyond Organizer control.
Respect local culture and religious sentiments at all times. The Organizer is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
To provide a 100% ‘Tension-Less’ experience, a 75% advance is required to ensure:
We provide a standby vehicle for every trip. Heritage Circuit India is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities (floods, landslides, etc.). We will always provide the best possible alternative arrangement. Organizer liability is limited to the amount paid for service coordination.
No refund for natural disasters, government restrictions, political unrest, pandemics, or road/temple closures. Alternate itinerary adjustments will be offered wherever possible.
We do not offer ‘VIP escorts’ or ‘Special Queue Access’ at public religious sites. Guests experience sites as respectful visitors. Our value is secret routes and local knowledge — not special privileges.
